The Kartvelian words for four are (according to Starostin):

Georgian: otx-, dial. otxo

Megrel: otx-

Svan: woštx(w)

Laz: o(n)txo-

Also the Etruscan word for four is hutH.

Also worth noting is the word for two in Kabardian and Adyghe is .tW&
(I think the dot indicates that this is a retroflex consonant).
