Allow me to express a different point of view.
Both Egyptian <3> and <r> derive from PA(A) /r/.
I am thee-quarters of the way through Orel & Stolbova, and the only /l/'s I
have found so far derive from Nostratic *nhi/a/u,
So far, all of these I can find would be Egyptian <n>.
I am surprised also, Miguel.
