Brian,

I refuse to answer since you are attributing motives.

What do you mean continued? I tried replying to the objections, all the time asking to return to the main thread of economic meanings. When I knew it was in vain, I excused my self from prolonging it

Deliberate refusal? Please, please. you are going too strong.  You can not attribute motives without basis.  I protest.

Now, coming to Mayans, I am not the first guy to discuss its Hindu influences.  I have given any number of links.

It is my effort to connect Mbh and Mayans that was original, which the others only wondered about.

The problem that generally arises in such things is to do with chronology. I follow the traditonal chronology ie MBh has occured in 3000 bce, which is not accepted by scholars, who mostly accept  the date of 1500- 900 bce.  It would take another 20 years easily for the archaeological excavations to deny or confirm my  belief, though  the general trend is always pushing the dates into more past. (the original dating of MBh is 400 AD- today's scholar tries to explain that this date was more related to the TEXT of MBh and not to its happening !!!!)

In any case, I hope we proceed further with the frutiful discussion on Aryan.
