as all absurdities lacking the thinnest connection with reality.

Ukraine and Anatolia are the best candidates,

and they do not bump into "insuperable" difficulties.

And in fine they are compatible.

It's more a matter of "when" and "how" it did happen.

that people with different languages can make a "sprach-bund" and develop a common language :

that is to say : all people in the Russian Empire should learn Russian and make a "sprach-bund" as soon as possible.

Some sides in Trubetzkoy stink.

 

But phonology is good.
