How do you account for the fact that around 1200 BC,
Western Anatolia is a IE only area, and we have plenty of writings left
and nothing in Lydia around - 1200 looks Etruscan.

Archeologists do not believe Etruscans come from outside.
There is no linguistic proof either.
There is no nothing to support the non autochtonous theory
apart from Herodotus who contradicts with another Greek.
