Currants, I suppose (Ger. Johannisbeere, Pol. dial. s'wie,tojanka,
literally 'St John's [berry]).

The carp bream, _Abramis brama_ (Mod.Du. brasem, Ger. Brachsen, dial.
Brachsme, Bresen, etc., Da. brasen, Sw. braxen).

The "stuk" terms are self-explanatory.
