Although I question the general applicability of the premise, in this
case there is a ready answer- Lemnian.

Ready is a bit pretentious.
In fact, Lemnian Inscription is completely undeciphered
and the connection with Etruscan is based on three words not in the same order that are supposed to mean "three years" or something like that.
The connection of Lemnian with Etruscan is circular and unproven.
And whatever Lemnian is, this still does not prove that Etruscan is from there.
I have read that the longest string of Etruscan words has been found on an Egyptian mommy. I suppose it does not prove Etruscans are in fact Egyptians.
That would be news !
