Any guess of mine would cause spasms of laughter among
those who have any knowledge whatsoever on the subject

All I know is that I've read that certain Briton
tribes on the Northe Sea Coast, etc. are supposed to
be of Belgic origin; among them the Parisi.
In Ireland, there are a couple of names that are said
to be cognate with Belgic groups Monaghan w/ Menapii.
But I plead ignorance
