actually with an "-oi" is emphasised the masculitnity, the bigness,
some characteristica for a certain thing becomes more bolded trough
this suffix.
For instance, "baba"= a old oman, "bãboi"= kind of very masculine
old woman, one who can easely have the appearance of a man.

so, short say it masculinise it, it make it stronger as it is. Funny
enough, there is nothing to masculinise as such since there is not
known in Rumanian any "cot". "cotoi" is an another name for tomcat,
the another one being "motan". And "mâtsã" is the "cat", having the
counterpart in Albanian and maybe in Germanic "mieze (katze)"
