If you have in mind Sr-Cr kipjeti 'to boil, overflow', Latv ku^pe^t
'smoke, steam', then reconstructed IE root by Derksen is *kw|H2up-,
so I agree that Balto-Slavic evidence didn't proves that we have to
deal with *H1. But in the case of *kw|H2up- we should look like in
seconde theme of first one *kw|uH2p-.
