No 'situation, position' in a neutral way, for Romanian, as I have
presented...

The Romanian word has a similar meaning with the Albanian one:

'very bad situation, very bad status, very bad injuries, you are
really destroyed physical or phsyhical or both'

Rom. hal and Alb hall (loan from Turkish or not) represent for sure
one and the same word...
