I've uploaded three old articles by the late Romanist Ernst Pulgram
in the List's Files section. They appear to be relevant to this
discussion, and are located in a newly-created folder named "IE
personal names". I will delete the files after 48 hours from now due
to copyright problems.

Pulgram argues for PIE personal names being *not* originally and
typically dithematic.

Kindest regards,
Francesco
