Most of the example found by Voyles are rather insecure -- that's the
whole problem with the proposed rule. I think *uxna- ~ WGmc. *ufna-,
*uGna- is the only really solid case, but, as I wrote earlier, it may be
due to pre-Germanic variation of *kW ~ *p in a word with initial *w, as
in *wulfa- ~ *wulGi:-.
