It's not in Pokorny, if that's what you mean, no.

It is NOT in _any_ dictionary of (P)IE.

While there are a very few *CV roots in PIE (*me), there are no verbal *CV roots.

But since
I suspect that *bheH(i)- (I think I'll amend it to) is manifested
in both Pokorny *bho:i- : *bh&i- : *bhi:- "sich fürchten" and
Pokorny *bhei(&)-, *bhi:- "schlagen" , then one wouldn't expect it
to be there.
(And I would sorely like to find a way of deriving from it his
*bha:-, *bho:-, *bh&- "glänzen, leuchten, scheinen" and *bha:-
"sprechen", all as aspects of a physical unwellness, timor dei,
connection from the other side kind of concept).

CORRECTION: 9/7/06

These are all roots derived from different earlier forms:

----------*bha:-, 'shine', from *bhah- (NOT *bha?-)

----------*bha:-, 'speak (loudly)', from *bha?- (NOT *bhaH-)

*bhei(6)-, 'beat', from *bho-y-?-

*bho:-, 'roast (on a stick)', from *bho?-

*bho:i-, 'be afraid (perspire/feel hot from fear)', from *bho?-y-
