On my side I strongly suspect that *rh2, *lh2 > Alb. ul/lu, ur/ru :

Alb. grurë < PAlb. *gru-na < PIE *g^rh2-no (Latin gra:num)
Alb. gur /Rom. grui < PAlb gru-i- < PIE *gWrh2-i- (Skt. giri)


and on the other hand *rh1/h3, *lh1/h3 > Alb. al/la, ar/ra

Alb. bardhë / Rom barzã < PAlb. bardza:/bardz-ra: < PIE *bHrh1g^-
eh2/*bHrh1g^-r-eh2
