That irregular causative/iterative suffix looks suspiciously
like the verb *i:- "go", the way Schmalstieg would have seen
it (semi-thematic, in a fashion)

the way Miguel wanted that suffix be a finite verb (but not
this particular verb); if this is so, then the regular *-eyo/e-
suffix is the same verb in a thematic version.
