Dear Andrew,

They are extremely interesting questions but perhaps you should not ask
them in such a quick succession. Our discussions tend to develop into
longer threads and I, for one, can't spend all my time in front of the
screen. Just slow down and we'll try to tackle your queries one by one.
You might also consider searching the archives, where similar questions
have been raised and discussed.
