They are attested but rare. Contraction was the norm everywhere except
in the 1sg. (if not replaced by <-am>, but otherwise amply attested) and
3pl. even in the oldest documents.
I have found these examples so far:

3sg. przyjaje (1x _Kodeks Dzial/yn'skich_, 2x _Ortyle Maciejowskiego_)
1pl. przyjajemy (1x _Ortyle Maciejowskiego)
