Thanks. Stang adduces Slovincian 2sg <tr^îmo's^> (<o'> -- o with a dot
above), parallel to North Kashubian -ôsz you quoted. In that context,
aje, and -aja, look like the result of later restoration in place of
earlier *-a, (still present in Lorentz's Slovincian) on the analogy of
the infinitive and (c) verbs. The o-forms would be more resistant to
such an analogy.
