To better explain 'my point' here (or better to say 'my believe'
here):
1. if Albanian kmesë is from PAlb/Dacian *akmo:ntya:
2. 'a sickle made by stone' is so old that this word cannot be a
loan (at least not for PAlb/Dacian) so for sure it was formed at
least in PIE-Times
3. based on this *akmo:n- 'stone' existed in PAlb/Dacian too 'as an
inherited word'
4. So Dacian Akmo:nia (attested Akmonia by Ptolemy) is 100% a 'Geto-
Dacic' formation
I hope that the above deductions 'make obvious now' why 'we are
obliged :)' to sustain the etymology Albanian kmesë < h2ek^-mo:n-
tyeh2 (Beekes)
(and honestly I never found a contradiction until now making these
kind of suppositions)
But of course 'we can sustain' this only if PAlb/Dacian ak-mo(:)-
(attested) > Alb km- can be finally sustained...
