1. I already told in another posting that usually I cannot see the
differences that you proposed here in case of Proto-Albanian. Please
come back with some Albanians examples to sustain your point

2. Now I need to come back from a different point of view: If the
prefix was only *dz- in dëborë (that I strongly suspect to be the
case) you point is 'not-applicable' at all.

So if the form was PAlb *apa:-da-ra:/aba:-da-ra: with the lost of
initial non-stressed a- in borë, the b 'is internal' both in dëborë
as in borë

Based on this the only possible conclusion remains: we didn't have
there an intervocalic -b- in PAlb time.
