That sounds to me like an important reason for people to go and invade
somebody else.

Only slightly more seriously, I have often wondered why there was such
continual pressure from the north down into Europe, so we get the great
movements of peoples about 2000BCE, 1100BCE and 500CE. Where do these
people keep coming from?
