once thing is clear. there cannot be two changes in the same phonetical
context and Latin "ae" > "e" in the most of the situation.
The situation where "ae" > "a" are not clear, ar in strange words which
presumabely are entered Latin from some other "barbars".

Maybe. Long "e:" changed in Alb. to "o" via "a", thus it is possible we
have to deal with a loan into Latin from Illyrian in the time as this
change worked ?
