Yes, but which one? It could be *<bhe:r-> with inherent
long vowel (and hypothetical accusative *<bhé:rm.>), or it
could be *<bher->, with long vowel only in the nominative,
by Szemerényi's law, and hypothetical accusative *<bhérm.>.
There's no way to tell.
