Say wha? Are you using a crappy Romanian-to-English
program or something? That sentence makey no sense,

There is no PIE voiceless aspirate like **kH. It was
invented to wish away the typological problems
presented by *k-*g-*gH.
However, if *gH is merely fully voiced and *g is
half-voiced, then there is no need for **kH to
balance out the system, nor is there good evidence
justifying a fourth phoneme in this series anyway.
