translating it as *wlkWos "wolf". That seems to be
associated oftentimes with criminality,
shape-shifting,
not being on the up-and-up, yadayada. I wouldn't
use *gHosti- because that could potentially mean
a foreign guest or even an in-law, no? Any others
have input on that? Perhaps also *kWrmi-?
