As far as I know (which is mainly the modern standard
languages), there are 5 different systems:

1. nesy, znajeN, xvaleN (OCS)

2. extension of -e(N) to all forms (Slv, Srb, Mod.Russ)

3. nesa, znajeN, xvaleN (ORuss, Czech)

4. 3pl + *-tj- (Russ, Ukr, Blr, SCr, Svk, Pol)

5. -ej-k'i, -(j)aj-k'i (Bulg, Mac)
