Do you mean that Greek syllabic /r./ yields always <ar> not mater of
environment, like *g'hr.i-s > kharis 'grace, favor' or in *kWet(w)r. -
tetra- 'four' or *kWt(w)r.- tra- in trapezium etc.

Also, do you mean that depalatisatio took place in Proto-Albanian
before syllabic variants of liquids and nasals?
