Abdullah, could you indicate me an Albanian Book where this /gûh/ is
attested?

If such a form exists, than the local sub-dialect should be first
analyzed in order to see if is not a recent evolution : like a new
nasalisation 'of u in the vicinity of h' etc...
I say this because Nord-West/Kosovo region wasn't an isolated region
like Albanian Italic or Albanian Greek dialects.

Example:
In Romania, we have in Moldova 'shieva' for c^eva , in
Valahia 'acesta' have been pronounced 'ahesta' around 1700 (see
Dimitrie Cantemir, Descriptio Moldaviae) but this doesn't mean that c^
was h in Decebal's Time.
