Yes, I bought a copy a few years back. It's a fascinating book, giving all
the details of the arguments back and forth about the various laws.
Essential if you want to explore IE in depth. One frustration is that it
gives so much information, that sometimes it isn't entirely clear what the
law actually says. But then there are so many versions of some of them! It
uses the notation I first met in Transformational Grammar
([+voice -aspiration] etc). If you can cope with that notation, I'd
recommend you go for it.
