I found the Baltic example that confirm the form *k'jei

II. For the Masculin Form we have Daco-Baltic *tsje(i) /cje(i)/
===============================================================

a) Lith. šie -> PBaltic *tsje /cje/ < PIE *k'jei
==================================================
Lith. šiemet 'this year' (šie + m~etas) < PBaltic *tsje(i) metei <
PIE *k'jei metei
