The short answer is that they'd fall under either thematic or
athematic conjugations depending on the ending. For example the -
eje/o- verbs are thematic. For a more in depth analysis check the
files section under the PIE Morphology folder. There's an article by
Piotr Gasiorowski on verbal morphology. Elsewhere in the files
section he has an informative article on PIE stress.
