I do not know about Albanian called as such. In the X century both folks are
mentioned by the Greeks on their name we know today. Albanoi and Blakoi.

To be honest, I don't remember exactly but the Slavs & Greeks did not called
the Dalmatians with the Germanic therm. Any idea how the Dalmatians have
been called by Slavs? In the chronic of Anonymus, regardless how true/false
the stories are, the call there the Vlachs "vlachs" and -depending on the
interpretation of the Latin text- an another folk called "pastores romanus".
Somewhere I have the feeling we discussed that once since from this point we
got the discussion to the "Nestor Stary Chronic ot Kiev":-))
