Well Finnish has 'harakka', but it's borrowed from the Lithuanian
word you gave. (s^arka `magpie')

Thanks for this detail. Could you help me with another word:
Hungarian 'vár' /var/ is considered a finno-ugric inherited word in
Hungarian meaning: 'fortress'
We have also in Hungarian :
'város' /var+osh/ 'city; the city belonging to the fortress;
the city around the fortress'
What are the corresponding finnic forms for Hun. 'vár'?
Especially if you can tell us the older forms too.
Thanks and Best Regards,
Marius
