So the big migration of Dacians/Carpians which yelded the actualy Albanians
are all the inhabitants of only one "-dava" and late in all their history
they have not been able to make another "-dava" but they considered it
should be adequate to use Roman "civitatem" ( see qytet in Alb. ). Is that
how you see that?
BTW, I am wrong when I remember that parts of the Caprs have been settled in
Panonia?
