Hittite action noun suffix -tar, Latin etc agent suffix -tor, Latin
etc impersonal action verbal suffix -tur (<*-tor). Phonetically, it's
the same suffix. What's it doing in all these different categories.
Did (pre-?)PIE have impersonal statement of the type 'It houses!'
("There's a house") as Greenlandic does today?
