Interesting.

What is the process of chronos losing aspiration to become Kronos?

The deity Moira is the Indo-European god of fate, destiny - order. Rita, Fortuna, Tuxe, etc are all aspects of the eternal order.

Order controls the Sky, the Sun and everything else. Trying to express this concept one could easily use metaphors which after a long time being repeated might be taken as the concept itself. Zeus, therefore, meaning originally "Sky" is controlled by his "share" of Order. This is the Cosmophenomenological understanding of this myth.

One's lot is one situation. At death, one's life can be reviewed to see whether it was a good and happy one, overall, or the opposite, or in between the two -Herodotos,"call no man happy until he's dead" (in context!) - and the judgment would be considered his "lot". And this lot is his part in the eternal order.

Another question! This one on Greek vowels. Do Greek vowels fit the zero, guna, and vriddhi pattern in word construction like Sanskrit? Could they be viewed this way?

And another one related. What is the IE system of vowel gradation in derived words? I'm thinking of the type like Kauravya from Kuru in the MBh,eg. What is the law governing these gradations?

One more while we're at it. Above there's a question about the process of chronos to Kronos; this one may be in the same boat. Could there be any connection between Gk. skia, schema, schizo, and schoinos, all coming from some word for tree?

that is clear. I won't sustain this with Indo-Iranian gods but with
the gods of the Greek mithology. There are of course a lot of gods
and godess which are represented as having human form but there are
too a lot of other godess , nymphes and other creatures which have
the status of gods but their are not at all humanoids.
Just to remember, even Chronos and Gea, the Time and the Earth are
initialy not represented as humans. Later, as the humanoid Titans and
Gods are born , as last "typus" of childred, then we got a humanoid
representation of the primordialy couple which was Gea and Chronos.
Apparently the last borns, the humanoids, the titans and gods have
been somehow brought to the humanoid aspect maybe tring to explain
their way to act trough some aspects of human's way to act. And even
at this stage of "development" we stil know about off-springs of
these humanoid gods and godess which have not been humanoid at all,
having forms and features which usualy we will clasify
as "monstruous".

By myself , I was very intrigued in the Greek mithology about the one
curious being, the one who kept the chain of the destiny, the one
called Moira. So far I know, just her name is mentioned in the Greek
stories but never something about her origin, and if this one was a
humanoid or not; it was said, none could influence her and her work.
Even Zeus could not do anything against her work.
