No.
The sound /h/ (the first letter <h>) argues against it.
Also, 'Yahweh' has an etymology in Hebrew - 'Causer to be'. Hebrew
for 'be' is 'ha:ya:' which may derive from earlier *hawVya (V =
unidentifiable vowel). A name can be derived from this by
prefixing /ya/, thus yielding /yahwe:/, which would be spelt <yhwh>.
Compare /yaq`o:b/, 'supplanter', > English 'Jacob', and the compound
names Isra-el and Ishma-el.
