Logically, to pronounce the first three stops audibly (which one would
have to if that transcription reflects anything real), there needs
to be release. Release suggests a vowel automatically. It's unavoidable
between the "t" and the "k". I'll accept the [pt-] part however. That
can even be found in not-so-standard French "petit" [pti] or [ptsi].
