Well it would, wouldn't it? But seriously, third declension adjectives
(non-thematic) have no special form for the feminine either, simply neuter
and non-neuter.

There are supposed to be some non-compounds which are thematic but have only
two terminations. All of the so-called "Attic" declension show only two
forms (neuter and non-neuter) eg hi:leo:s = "gracious".
