Exactly. I've been trying to find the post in question myself
but to no avail, just more humourous snippets from Jacques
which seem to show a common theme of linguistic masturbation

Here, he invents new words by converting feminine nouns into
their masculine variants. Interesting? Yes. Thought-provoking?
Yes. Funny? Sure. Informative about proper French? Nope. In
fact quite the opposite. It seems le bonhomme qui s'appelle
Monsieur Guy wants to reinvent French as part of his standup
comedy. So be it, and it's great, but I don't think this is the
guy to listen to about something serious on French. Rather, he's
the person to listen to when your idea-well has run dry and you
need inspiration after spending too much time at the university
libraries drowning yourself in structural linguistics diagrams
until you don't know which NP is up.
