By "exotic" I mean extra-Germanic. Since *sigiz- (Sigi(s)-, Seges-)is a
Germanic element and it often occurs in traditional Germanic personal
names, any name of a person from a Germanic tribe in which *sigiz- can
be identified should be considered Germanic unless demonstrated to be
something else. That's consistent with the methodological principle of
parsimony.
