*k /+ > k' (spelt <q>).

The examples are actually more numerous. Let me add a few (without
casting my net very wide):

sy 'eye(s)' < *(a)c^i: < *h3okW-íh1 (with the original dual ending
influenced by <dy> '2')

-s < PIE *-kWe, e.g. in mos 'don't' < *meh1-kWe

si 'how' < *kWih1 (ins.sg.)

sjell 'return, carry, fetch' < kWelh1-

Combined with the examples of *gW(H) /+ > z, they amount to substantial
evidence!
