canawt` etc., I suppose. Well, I didn't check before writing, I just
remembered a fair amount of words ending in -awt` (in principle *-aut- or
*-auth-). It's possible that all examples have plain *t, and that *th is
reflected as /d/ after /aw/ in all known examples (2 of them). It would be
strange, but stranger things can be seen in Armenian.
