I don't know how much and how correct is the the material you have. I
try to help a bit giving here the Dacian (not Thracian) material which
has been analysed by Russu and Pogirc. If this is useless since you have
it, please ignore this:

Dacian and Getic teonymes are very few, comparative with these to find
in Thrace. They are:
Zalmosis(Zamolzis, Zalmoxis) and the "Hero" which bears some epytetes
as:
In Dacia:
Dousaenos, Manimazos(Manibazos)
In Moesia Inferior:
Baskidithias, Betespios, (Ouetespios, Outaspios)Borkethias, Ebistithias,
Eitiosaros, Ithiostia, Karabasmos(Karabazmos), Kardibremos, Manimazos,
Mursines, Paladeinenos, Perkos, Purmerulas, Stourouleos, Saregethies,
Ordiano.

The Dacian names appear to be not so important (in some opinions)
because they are more likely to be Wandernamen as toponyms and
hydronims, thus I don't give them here.
