Puhvel suggests that Sa:turnus/Saeturnus (also Mercurius) is
Etruscan in name, "despite the folk-etymological echo
of 'satus "sown" for a harvest deity". I suspect this may be based
just on the sound of the word -- I don't know that there's evidence
that the Etruscans worshipped any God of a similar name.
Anyway, I have a hard time seeing "seven" in Saturn.
