Traditionally, one uses the "c^" graphical sign as explicite
notation for the affricate ia a dialect not having a definite
literary spelling. There are several conventions for spelling
of AR texts, none of them making yet ultimate reference. Of
course, "c^" denotes the same phoneme /tS/ as the one written
"c(e/i)" in DR modern convention.

Better "albicios", "bãtrânicios", "rãutãcios" or "în(n)ecãcios",
not to mention here the c-word. :-)
