If you read Lord of the Rings you can clearly see that this is
Elvish. Apparently the novel was so popular in Romania that
they adopted it as the official language there, replacing their
former language Latin which, as we all know, originates from
the island of Mu before the inhabitants had to flee from
extraterrestrial warfare. Yes, dear friends, what wonderously
unique people those Elvish-speaking extraterrestrial Romanians
were. To bad that nowdays they've been all replaced by clever
robots masquarading as Romanians.
As for the Germans, because of their superhuman genetic
ability to produce excess phlegm and their love of Star Trek,
they fell in love with the Klingon language and continue to
speak it to this day, having not been replaced by deceptive
automatons like the Romanians and their fellow Swedes. Although
their gutterals are not as colourful as in Holland where phlegm
has become the major export over and above stolen cars, hence
the origin of the Phlegmish who started with a single Catholic
family in a stolen car that had escaped from a hippie commune to
Belgium to start a simpler way of life consisting of pot, cheap
French wine and unwanted excess children.
The Germans call their language "Hochdeutsch" which derives from
earlier *huqnoS (or based on Miguel's Pre-IndoEuropean theories:
*hWuqWnW-oSWt?-qW) which in turn derives from former
*nuQneQ roughly translated as "How may I answer your question
in a way that's informative and sarcastic but yet not overtly rude?"
