Wait a moment please. I understand that for Alb. "shapi" (lizard) which
is seen as cognate with Rom. "sopârlã"(lizard) you have an another
etymology as PIE *kseubh ? If yes, which is this one?

My question is meaning more here because of this "S" in Rom. and "sh" in
Alb ,"S" in Rom. and "gj" in Alb.
See: gjarpër - Sarpe; gjash(të)-Sase; shapi-Sop(ârla).
At least for all 3 here in Rom is a constante, meaing s+ front vowel
gave as expected "S"; Albanian shows different sounds here and this is
where I try to find out what about why once we have the equivalence S=gj
and once S=sh
