Looking at the map, the likely candidates are the Siret and the
Prut. Is either "rapidus ac verticosus"?
My trusty Grosser Historischer Weltatlas, Teil Altertum, shows
these as the Hierasus and the Pyretus. It would take considerable
scribal error to make "Flutausis" from "Hierasus" but not much worse
than making "identified" "indeitfied".
